We are currently seeking an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in Azure and VMWare to join our growing team.

Job Description:
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Azure cloud infrastructure and VMWare environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and monitor Azure environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions
• Administer and optimize VMWare infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement security best practices across all systems, including backups, firewalls, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripts and configuration management tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Azure and VMWare
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, storage solutions, and cost management
• Hands-on experience with VMWare vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications in Azure or VMWare (preferred but not required)
